Web are a Swedish tour operating company that exists since 1956. Right now, we are the biggest tour operator in Sweden and we sell trips to all over the world. We offer more than 500 destinations in 50 different countries. We offer tickets and accommodation, in a package, or as loose components.
The trips that we are offering are being sold through the Internet, in our own stores, via telephone and in specially selected travel agencies throughout Sweden. We have about 200 employees and more than 600.000 travelers per year. We are now a part, together with Globetrotter of the international travel-association of Thomas Cook.
In our trips, we want to respect both local people and traveler, cultural heritage and the environment. We want to make sure that the countries will not be damaged by tourism.
Our trip to Indonesia is also quite sustainable. The people who go on holiday to Indonesia will stay in the nature and they will have contact with the locals. They will live very basic and things about the Indonesian culture will be explained to them. There are limited technological devices available during the whole trip.
