Day-to-Day program of the trip
By booking this trip you are going to have the opportunity not only to re-find yourselves and pass over all daily problems but also to interact with people facing the same problems and interact with them. The package consists of 14 days / 12 full days in Thailand, and it will have to aim to heal your initial phase of mental breakdown. Following the motto “it is better to prevent than to heal” we are going to help you relax and avoid the unpleasant situation of having a breakdown, because we strongly believe that stress can avoided by starting to enjoy all life moments in the right way. As you may know Thai culture is well known for its pure happiness and the positive way of thinking so we believe that being for two weeks on this environment will have a substantial impact on your personality.
In order to make you more aware of how this trip is going to be, we have created for you a day-to-day planning just for a better understanding of this whole new package that is now available for you.
Day 1: Travelling – the flight from Sweden (Stockholm Airport) to Thailand (Jakarta Airport); after arriving in Jakarta a special dinner will be prepared for you, so you are going to experience Thai culture from the very beginning. From Jakarta you are going to arrive at the final destination in Purwakarta by a private mini bus.
Day 2: Introduction, what is on the program and all participants are going to have interact with each other.
Day 3: Music therapy will be done. Drums are provided and you will have the chance to learn some basic skills; additional to this voice may be used also. The therapist will teach about putting emotion in singing or playing drums or any other instrument. During this day you will have also a private talk with the psychologist.
Day 4: Getting to know the Indonesian culture. A local guide will show the surrounding, forest and a market. Then, a cooking workshop will be given and a 4-course menu will be made.
Day 5: During 5th day you will learn how to meditate. By learning this, you will get to know how not to think about stressful things and how to keep the stress-less feeling, and to think positive. After this workshop, you will be able to meditate on your own, during or after the trip, whenever you feel like doing it.
Day 6: A team work day is planned. You are supposed to do small personality assignments, which makes you learn something about yours and others personalities. Later, these outcomes will be shared and the psychologist will tell something about several personalities.
Day 7: A day in the jungle. There is a big chance that animals will be seen, and the guide teaches how to be happy with the small things in life during a walk through the forest.
Day 8: Start exploring Thailand! 1st round
A day without planned activities; the group can decide what they would like to do alone or with others.
Day 9: Animal therapy will be given this day. With animal therapy, fears will be reduced, self-confidence will be improved and you will learn how to trust others.
Day 10: This day is full of music and dancing. Also explanation will be given about lifestyle and how to live when you are going to be back in your own environment.
Day 11 and 12: Start exploring Thailand! 2nd round
The group can decide for themselves what they would like to do or see these days.
Day 13: This last day together, an evaluation will be done for every individual, with the psychologist. Later, a group session will be done. Conversations about what you see when you look back, and what you expect from the future will be held. You will talk about how to adjust to several situations and how to stay calm and relaxed. With this session, you will inspire and share points of view with others for the last time. Then, a last group meditation will be done before the bags will be packed again.
Day 14: Travelling back home; same way of transportation.

The hotel is located in front of a lake so that you can have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful calming sunsets while having the chance to take a well deserved break to relax, meditate and enjoy the beauty of the nature. We do need to inform you that all the rooms have already been customized according to the trip specifications so that the usage of technological devices will be reduced as much as possible, meaning the chance of getting stressed will be quite unlikely.
