Booking Conditions
There will be three options for booking this trip:
Via internet, at Ving offices and via travel agencies.
In all cases the official confirmation of booking will be given after paying a 15% deposit in advance. It should also be mentioned that after a booking is being confirmed, meaning the deposit has been paid, there will be no fluctuations in the final price of the trip.
However, Ving Incentives reserves the right to decrease or increase the prices of unsold trips.
In case of cancelling a trip, it is possible to recover half of the deposit if the cancellation is done at least 14 days before departure.
Because clients’ satisfaction is very important for the employees of Ving, we kindly advice you to inform a company’s representative in case you have experienced any problems during your trip, so that in future that negative aspect should be improved.
